Yes, you can - and it's always worth checking your payment method after booking. Once you've made a booking you will receive an email from our system , with information on how to log into the “portal'. From here, you can update your payment details. Alternatively, click here to manage your details by sending the 'magic link' to the email address used to make the booking

We’d love you to stay longer (as long as we have the space). At most of our locations, there's no limit to how long you can stay with us.Note that booking extensions will be counted as a separate booking, so while we'll try our best to keep you in the same apartment for your whole stay, sometimes it might not be possible because another customer might have booked the room in advance

Yes, our properties are well equipped for children. However, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18. It's a legal requirement for us to prove and verify your legal identity when you are staying at one of apartment . This helps to reduce cases of identity fraud and ensures we're checking in the right person. By booking and staying with us, you must also meet minimum requirements, including being over 18 years of age (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian).
